kefir or homemade yoghurt or homemade saurkraut (sp?)

Homemade probiotics are farrrrrrrr superiour to commercial products. For instance, threelac has 3 types of probiotics while kefir has in excess of 30 probiotics in addition to a complex of B vitamins, k etc. Also, kefir contains probiotics that actually "take root" in the body's system thus ensuring less room for the yeast to "take root".

After a person pays a minimal cost of $10 or $20 for kefir grains there is no other charge......the grains continually produce probiotics for a lifetime.......threelac is very expensive and one must continually pay....I'm sure you get the pic....

Take Care,
Alex
