Re: Mould formation on food after refrigeration?

Hi Honeydollbabe, Yes, I know about this. It happens mostly with cooked vegs, grains and for me, raw tomatoes. The juice in them seems to get old really fast, and even though they're not fermented, can make me really sick. I buy slightly under-ripe tomatoes and eat them up right away. Also, I don't eat any cooked leftovers out of the fridge that are any more than 3 days old. And watch out for fast food prepared salads. They put that stayfresh on the veggies to keep them fresh, but for people like us it doesn't really work. My husband, too, can eat stuff that's a week old and he's fine. I'd be dead! LOL
