Re: Panic attacks,Help!!!!
Hi,
I used to get them something fierce, especially on waking up in the morning. Seemed the little spores would come to life when the sun came up and wake me with panic attacks like an alarm clock. Xanax made no difference, so I had to find my own way.
I ate raw curly parsely, the greenest I could find, a good, large handful.
Wash it real good first. Chew it up and swallow it with water. Sometimes I swallow it with something I like to drink, herb tea with stevia. Parsely is loaded with minerals and is a good way for those candida people with malabsorption to get desperately needed minerals. Parsely is also an excellent blood cleanser and is also known for its Vitamin K content.
Eating parsely also curbs my cravings for sweets or other snack foods. Go slow at first, maybe 2 sprigs to start and work up to one large handful at a time, as it takes a few times to get used to. Too much right at first will make you queasy. I tried putting it in the blender and buzzing with water, then drank it. I was throwing up in 20 minutes, so I don't recommend blendering it. You have to chew it, sorry... But hope you get some relief. I know what that panic is like!
