Hives and alergies

During the last few days I relegiously consumed raw garlic with large quantity with yagurt 3 times daily, oregano oil (five entric coated softgel)and grapefruit extract. As a results I got sever abdominal pain in the third day and forth day with red skin with sweeling ... feet, hands, arms. Also, have had rash, buffy eyes with red sweeling skin around eyes (scary... I never had like this reaction before) everywhere in the body. I did full profile blood test... all normal except slight changes of liver total bilirubin increased from 0.4 to 1.2 at the highest normal range according to the lab.

It looks that liver is trying to clean up toxins from th dieoff and failed to do so, which resulted in this sever allergies. Next I am going to do Liver Flush to releife the pressure on liver. Any one experince the same or may one have another input to what's hapeening?
