Ever since my naturopath told me not to eat lentil beans every day, I have been eating lots of different kinds of beans. (No gas problems yet, thankfully.) So one day I will have a bowl of kidney beans as a meal in itself, another day maybe string beans, then chick peas, then black beans, etc. Some mornings I have no idea what to eat for breakfast, and I have a bowl of some kind of beans. They seem to be very low in Sugar content. Is this a safe practice, or am I still "cheating" somehow? I was eating bell peppers in large quantities, now I find that "nightshade" vegetables are not safe for candida, although I don't know why. Are beans every day ok, as long as they are of varying kinds?
