I think its a recipe for failure. The Raw Food diet is restrictive enough on its own and I think for people to last on it there needs to be a variety of food allowed. Plus, all that Sugar from the fruit has got to be damaging to the teeth... I just eat whatever my body wants, when it wants it- I don't really keep track but I try to have some of everything (greens, fruits, protiens and fats) each day. For me, it's almost been a year raw now and its been an easy one at that.
