i finally made my way back the gym tonight - it has been 4 months since my whole candida attack started and tonight I decided it was time to take another part of my life back and force myself into exercising again. well i went and swam laps because i wanted to do low impact since my joints crack all of the time. then i read something about swimming in a non-chlorinated environment. i realize that you should not be drinking chlorinated water, but come on?! i can't even swim laps at the gym?? i swear this thing is affecting every single part of my life!! does anyone think that this is a little overboard? you think it is safe to say i can swim laps without creating more problems for myself? would appreciate some thoughts on this. thanks!
