Hi,

I had low blood Sugar and I have Candida, Adrenal Fatigue and Hypothyroid.

My nutritionist treated me with chromium supplements and I eventually 'got rid' of the low blood sugar.

Don't eat fruit, apart from green apples (1 a day), because fruit contains fructose which is fruit sugar, and that will boost your glucose levels, then make them fall dramatically causing low blood sugar. Don't have anything with Sugar or lots of carbs, wholegrains are good as they release Sugar slowly and provide fibre.

When you get attacks of low blood sugar, eat things like sunflower seeds, rice cakes. The trick is to eat small meals or amounts every 3 hours for low blood sugar.

Take the chromium, it will help alot. I used Solgar's Chromium Picolinate 500mg tablets twice a day (one with breakfast one with lunch) for about 3 months and it did the trick.
