I have had low blood Sugar for over 20 years. I have been on the candida diet for one month and have had absolutely NO problems with my blood sugar. My stomach even growls now, when I am hungry.
How long have you been on the candida diet? Are you eating any potatoes or fruit? You might try to stay away from starch.
Are you eating every few hours? I have lived for years eating 5 small meals a day. That is how I kept my hypoglycedia under control. Perhaps it would help if you ate some nuts or protein every few hours.
