It is even recommended to eat on candida diet, except you are lactose intolerant. But if not, it helpes you with your colon surrounding. It´s recommended not to eat to much though - 2-3 times per week maybe, because it can also cause constipation.
If you eat yoghurt, either cook it before (not so tasty) or add lemon / or lime juice. There is also yoghurt with acidophilus in it - you can eat it plane and "fresh". But stay away from low fat yoghurts - they have "stuff" in it that make you crave more food.
