How long do you bathe for?

My tirade--

Why are bathtubs in America made for people about 4 feet tall? In European tubs I can submerge my entire 6ft+ frame, here I either get legs or torso. Sure, I've seen special jacuzzi type tubs that are long enough but they are also so wide they take 4x the water. What about a nice middle ground LIKE a European tub?
