Each person is different and what will work for one may not work for you. It's tricky , as there is no concrete answer to your question. But here are some ideas for you.
Candida thrives on certain foods, like carbs, grains, sugars etc. You just stop feeding them what tyey like if you are to succeed. Diet is a must if you are serious
Antifungals are your next line of defense. Garlic, caprylic acid or coconut oil, oregano oil, grapefruit see extract, the list goes on and on. These antfifunglas kill off the bacteria. Some suggest going on a diet for a a week or two first to minimize the die off which can be debilitating. Most people do only one antifungal at one time and rotate every two weeks so the candida does not have time to get used to your therrapy and biuld up a resistance.
Detoxing, I have not done this and do not know much. But coffee enemas are supposed to be very good to flush out liver, p & b shakes to physically remove biult up toxins in intestine, among many other products. Detoxing helps the body to focus on candida by taking the strain off of the liver.
In reality, what is needed to overcome this is persistance, diligence, and patience. You must stick with a plan even when you feel you might not be getting anywhere. You must be diligent everyday and not cheat oin your diet or forget to take antifungals and then you wait it out . Progress is usually slow and depending on how long you have had this , it might take 3 - 6 mon ths or longer as in my case and many others on this board.
