I am still eating yoghurt, but just fullfat and with lemon juice or acidophilus powder - I do fine on it, it just gives me a little constipation. Milk related Products: sometimes a bit of soy milk or feta (goat) cheese.
Bread: Just occassionally esecial bread without gluten or other additives. When I crave s.th.: Rice crackers (brown rice).
I'm just curious! How many of you are still able to eat yoghurt and/or kefir or any milk releated products? How many of you are still eating bread?....just curious! thanks.Vlad
