The piece of candida was whitish and slimy (jelly-like) and in kind of sections. It was about a foot long and about 5mm thick. I have subsequenlty passed some other large pieces but they have been more brownish in colour - I think this is because I have been taking some really strong anti-fungals recently.
In the enema Iused neat aloe vera juice which I warmed to body temperature because I don't like using stone cold liquids in an enema.
Coffee and Apple cider vinegar dilluted down are also good for enemas. I think enemas are great, especially for somebody like me who had really severe candida. Before I started doing the enemas I would take some anti-fungals and then get very constipated + with a very irritated bowel which I now think was caused by dead candida lying in the bowel. With enemas I can take anti-fungals and keep everything flushed out.
