Important is, that you cook the bucketwheat and the rice for an hour in sufficient water, so it gets very soft. Try to eat carbs hot. Also good is Amaranth, Millet and Quinoa. Have it with vegetables (salt,pepper,garlic,ginger-all good). Cook it with rice-or soy milk, or stir yoghurt (with lemonjuice) in it after it has cooked - or occassionally with cooked feta (goat) or ricotta cheese.... When my stomach is upsted, I often just make rice soups (reheat some rice with salt & water)-calms down very nice.
