Don't feel like your epiphany is radical. I agree with the above 3 posters. There is a way you can go beyond conditioning your mind to avoid negative thoughts. There is such a thing as cellular memory. We have programmed our cells to respond in the negative and this programming dictates the way in which future events are played out. Also, there is emotional memory lodged within the cells that must be identified and removed and the cells reprogrammed with love of self and positive expectations. I think this is what Jhan is talking about. Amorah Quan Yin does this work.
