Unless Dr. Young is a lot older than he looks and has changed his name, he's not likely to be the developer of Pleomorphism. Of course, I'm not an expert, he may be talking about something else. Seems odd that he'd makes such a claim about it.
But, when someone's claims seem so transparently false, it's difficult to take any of the other info on the web site seriously.
However, the same (and better) info is available on many other sites, as a quick google search will show.
