Raw food per se won't necessarily alkalize. Greens are particularly alkalizing, especially grass juice (powder, too) and algae, but fruit can exacerbate the situation, and most nuts and seeds are acidifying. I recommend you read the articles on ninjagreens.com - dependingon your microform overgrowth, it can take 3-6 months of eating to climb to where you want to be on your pH. A Colon Cleanse and/or a green juice fast will quicken the process, but don't do anything that you think might cause a binge - really! Better to go steady and slow and be in for the committed haul than end up bingeing on cooked in attempts to quickly alkalize - I know!
