Just in response to you feeling cold- I was really suffering from this badly a couple of months ago. I'd read about how good cold veg are (full of enzymes before they've been cooked) and was eating alot of cold veg too. My naturopath explained that one of the side effects of candidiasis is cold extremities and that I had to keep my diet warm. Now I try and have warm things at lunch time and when i do have cold veg (which are v good for a no.of reasons) I have something warm afterwards. This has warmed me up soooo much, I can't tell you.
