I use two types:

One for everyday use -- Vitase, by Prevail... it's very complete and strong but not too much so... you can take two for huge meals... and one difference I've found between this and other enzyme complexes -- it contains SUCRASE..... Most others do not...

And for really big, protein or fat-filled meals, I use a pancreatin supplement. And even though I find most of their supplements overpriced and substandard, TwinLabs' product has the most bang for the buck...
