Hi Tina. I really miss coffee too but I do avoid it. I dont know whether decaff. is recommended or not - I doubt it although someone will correct me if I am wrong. I can however recommend a decent substitute in Dandelion Root Coffee. It can be made fairly strong like coffee and I have found is an acceptable alternative. Its also excellent for the liver as it stimulates the livers production of bile which carries toxins out of the liver. Don't mistake Dandelion "Root" for the tea - its quite different and don't buy the stuff in a jar (may contain lactose). Sadly nothing tastes as nice as the real thing but its not bad if you do happen to fancy an alternative.
