After awhile of being raw, I was getting bloated and having gas, so I had to play around with foods a bit to see what was bothering me. Some people can only tolerate a certain amount of nuts/seeds in a day--if they eat too much they are bloated. For me, I was eating raw desserts that included fruit or dried fruit combined with nuts, and it was just too much for me--bad food combining. Another thing that really affected my digestion was soaking my nuts and seeds first--they are SO much easier to digest that way. Maybe one of those things will help you. The week of greens juice and soup sounds like a good way to ease into things.
