I know this groise but it worked for me. I read somewhere that you could use garlic down "there" for a yeast infection. Since the monistat and terazol 7 never seemed to be good enough for me, I thought I would try this approach. I have to warn you that you will smell like garlic if you do this for the duration of the treatment. I used the garlic for about 7 days, putting in fresh garlic twice a day. Since I have done this I have not had a major yeast infection. Its been 6 months.

Another idea give to me by my naturopath was to use some acidophilus powder. She told me to grab a pantiliner, wet it with my finger, put some acidophilus on it and wear it. She said to do it for a week or two. I haven't tried that but thought it was interesting.
