Corn is a big no - I think it is about the starch & it is very hard to digest. Popcorn is ok once in a while with digestive aid in case of bad digestion.
brown rice,wild brown rice, basmati brown rice, quinoa, amaranth is ok. But be aware that all carbs do break down into Sugar which feeds the Candida. I´d recomment it not too often or not too much. Check also if they constipate you because the major goal for healing Candida is fast digestion of food to avoid fermentation which feeds Candida highly.
