I gave me a timely reminder about the need to eat fresh vegetables (salad) which I have not been eating enough of recently, because it has been so cold here and not really salad weather. The whole detox pathways thing is really complicated but I'm sure it is at the root of my insomnia.
I wondering whether to invest in some detox footpads which are supposed to detox the body while you sleep. Have you heard anything about their efficacy? They are very expensive and I dont want to get them if they are just a waste of money.
