Was wondering what everyone felt regarding the use of colonics. If I follow a strict anti candida diet (which I have been falling off of with horrible cravings) and get two colonics/week, also take the fiber cleanse system recommended by the colon therapist(which is the professional brand of renew life), coconut oil, probiotics, do I still need to take antifungals? in the past i've tried fungal defense, solaray candida cleanse, pb shakes with gse; I've also used Candex and Candidase (enzymes) ~ never got real bad die off from the antifungals, but the pb shakes/gse didn't help because of the major constipation. Basically is colonics and strict diet good enough or are antifungals a must?? TIA
