I think you are absolutely right about the probiotics. I also feel like I becoem more bloated when I take them - but I was not sure if it wasn't die-off.
My average pH was 6,2 during transition, 5,1 during the juice fast, and now is around 5,8 on 100% alkaline. I measure every day.
I am following the pH Miracle almost religiously. I finished the transition on Feb 20th. Did one week on green jiuce and raw green soup and now I have just started my second month 100% alkaline. The only thing I don't do is the powdered greens. I tried with powdered wheat grass but I get more bloated when I take it. I also tried hydrogen peroxide but it does not make my drinks 9 or up. I't in fact somewhere around 6. SO I dropped this.
How important do oyu think they are overall? Maybe I should try again?
