Bloating is one of the many symptoms I have. And it started abt 6 mths ago. My stomach balloons and I look pregnant :(.
I have a very strict diet. My ND came up with a list of foods I should avoid for a while. ( barley, wheat, gluten, parsley, all meats, filberts, soy, peanuts). I am strictly following this. I am also staying away from Sugar and refined flours. BUT, I still bloat :(. And it's a very uncomfortable and disgusting feeling.
Have started eating Sauerkraut, which helps, but too much of it makes my stool very lose.
My ND suggested trying CASTOR OIL PACKS for bloating. Have not given it a try. Should try it and see if it makes a difference with constipation/bloating.
