My ND did an allergy test on me, using her computer. And thus she she came up with this list. ( I was also suprised why parsley is in the list). She strapped bands around my hands/ feet/ forehead and sends electrical signals to find out how allergic I am to certain foods.
So this food list , is specific to me. Not generic.
Soy Milk is artificial stuff and I would avoid it by all means. If cow's milk does not suit u, try goat's milk. I switched from cow's to goat's milk for my 2.5 year old, and her lifelong eczema vanished. !! Soy milk is a poor source of calcium and is atrificially fortified. Why take artificial stuff ? I eat cow's milk yougurt.
According to my ND, I am not allergic to dairy.
I still have to find a MAGIC BULLET to cure my bloating. Sometimes I feel HELPLESS as nothing works, and my stomach balloons. :((
