If you are using organic raw virgin coconut oil, the differences could be merely because the coconut palm(s) are from different areas and different soils, much the way one carrot tastes different from another. Every growing thing tastes slightly different than another of the same species. If your jars of coconut oil DIDN'T taste different, I would worry about that. It would mean they deodorized, pasturized, bleached it. obj
