Been working with Moreless's suggestions and have been seeing improvement.

I have now returned to your suggestion on UT.

CAn you suggest a couple of posts that would be ket to me getting the basics and getting me going in this direction.

Im detoxing mercury at the moment too. Would I not be re introducing the mercury back into my system bmo UT?
