I have a very strong tolerance to difficult propositions, such as I can basically put anything in my mouth now and not feel queazy.. (thanks alot Urine Therapy! ;)) But no knocking UT, it is one of the reasons I am excelling in my health way more than I was. I usually hold the enemas for around 20-30 minutes and spend about half the time moving my body in all types of positions. I stand on my head with my head and hands based on the bed and my body upside down against the wall, then I come down and jump and down really hard for a few minutes, then I twist my hips around turbo-speed (making sure to feel my guts, etc. moving about) I don't know if this helps with the removal of the bad guys, but I figured it would. You can't make a smoothie without some blending! magnolia - what EM do you suggest? Any links to your favorite products of EM?
