if you stop eating carbs and such the candida will take out the Sugar it needs from the blood and the body will take the energy reserves from the muscles (which make you queasy and weak). You are likely to get Systemic Candida like this. (from my level of information)

I know it´s a tough one, but that´s what I found out should be best.
I am fighting with carbs almost every day. I try to have it every third day or so. Once I have a little bit I start craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaving it like crazy and that for 2 days. It´s really a depressing vicious circle.
I did 2 months of no carbs at all. I got so weak I could not go for a walk more than 15 min - not to mention doing sports. Still I didn´t get rid of Candida.
