buckwheat pancakes sound good but they are pure carbs. also i have an allergy to wheat. i would do a substitute grain in that case but am trying to keep the carbs down. i do eat lots and lots of vegetables with rice. quinoa, kamut, millet, beans, dahl or rice noodles. sometimes potatoes. i use alot of butter. eat avacados every day. i stuff myself but as you know veggies go right through you. i am thinking of adding some meat--organic chicken. ayurvedic doctor told me to avoid fish because i have eczema and that could aggravate.
as soon as i get this candida out i will get on a more substantial diet. i did it before but i want to be fatter- NOW!
