Yeah, sometimes when I go into the vitamim isles at whole foods I want to faint. Some things are very useful as supplements, but sometimes I feel like everything's being reduced to supplements, like when I read things like "this is really good for you, but it interferes with iron absorption, so take it at a different time than your iron supplements."
I'm really into raw food, but even that I couldn't do 100%. I lost way too much weight and developed the most unreasonable cravings for bread and beef. I never even liked either that much before. I'm still trying to gain the weight back and even things out.
