Thank you #29417 for taking the time to respond to my question.
I used to love vinegar and everything pickled in it! Since I started my candida counter attack I have developed an aversion to it (I wouldn't have believed it possible, but I have), so was concerned that I should be eating it after reading Shelley.
I reasoned that, having made a move to put my body back in charge of its own health, so to speak, that the newly developed aversion to vinegar needed to be obeyed.
There is a lot of conflicting information out there, and reading that really threw me.
