I've eaten sushi, steak tartar and raw egg yolks but it wasn't enough. I love the clean fresh feeling of eating raw, like I said I did it for nine months but the naturopath said that I still needed to add the other protein. It made a huge difference. I wanted to share my experience because I went through the same thing. All I know, is I feel a heck of a lot better and I lost my belly fat. So whatever.
