some on here said wait a hour after a meal to drink water or it impair you digestive ...i read other places water hinder digestion, then others say it dont matter and help digestive..well it seem like my candida does better if i drink water with my meals maybe it dultes the carb some...(example like adding more water to koolaid).... because i suffer from a coated tongue and if i dont drink the water with the meals and inbetween it seem to be more coated ...my suggestion is the candida had more food to feed off of...
so whats your take
1. logic water put out the digestive juices
2. logic water with meals softing things up..make it easier to digest like juicing?? which right
