Lots of people rave about the p&b shakes. when I've tried psyllium all that happens is that I get severely constipated. I drink A LOT of water but nothing shifts it apart from a very large dose of vitamin c. why is this?
I've heard that some people actually need more fats and less fibre to get their bowels moving. Or do most people become constipated from taking fibre to begin with?
The other thing I've heard is that too much fibre can make leaky gut worse.
