Personally I think your lack of energy is from lack of carbs..I'd try eating more buckwheat, quinoa, millet, etc. And your cracking joints could be due to lack of fat in diet. Supplement with some coconut oil and use more olive/canola oil in your cooking. You could try take B-complex vitamins and magnesium as well, and some bee pollen or a multivitamin. Make sure you give your body time to replenish itself between colon flushes etc.
