I eat a medium portion of good organic meat and lots of organic vegetables with each meal. I eat 3 meals a day and if I get shaky I put it down to either lack of calories or lack of magnesium or salt/minerals. I'm sure I am hypoglycemic and I probably wouldn't do well on a veg/grain diet and definitely not sugar.
However I was eating about 7 meals a day, these included protein and veg. It was the only way I could get by. Since then I have given myself lots of quality Sea Salt /himilayan salt and magnesium, also manganese has helped.
The missing link was the zapper, I know not everyone agrees with them but whatever it was inside me has been greatly reduced or killed completely because now I can survive on 3 meals a day. It was crazy eating every hour or two. Maybe do some research. I also did the parasite cleanse but I didn't get much out, I don't know why, maybe the stuff I took wasn't strong enough or I didn't cleanse my colon enough.
I believe it was a fish tapeworm, these cause iron & b12 deficiency and excessive hunger and of course malnutrition. I'd just started eating sushi the same year. Obviously stopped now and it's only part of the big picture but the zapper made my life easier.
