Just a question.. Papain helps digesting carbs and vegetable proteins, but does it ease the digestion of animal protein too? Heard ppl that recommends taking papain and bromelain to vegs and HCl to meat/fish/eggs..
Any opinion? I myself get easily constipated and have way longer transit times when eating meat or eggs. The perfect BM is easily attainable when sticking to a veg diet.. But then you have the candida lurking.. Why do all diet choices seems so contradictory? Hmm.. Just needed to vent my diet frustration..
