Yep, I'm taking 650mg with 130mg pepsin. I tried 3 today with lunch, but I didn't eat any meat. All this protein/HCl stuff makes me wonder if the only thing that works on vegetable protein are proteases. It is suppose to somehow help with fat also, but my meals haven't been high fat either.
