I've done bowel/ parasite cleansing, liver flushing, master cleanse, and oil pulling...but for some reason, I am very intimidated by trying to fix my candida problem. I've been in denial for a while, but I did a Liver Flush on Tuesday using coconut oil and got out tons of yeast. So, denial no more! :(

As soon as I wrap up the parasite cleanse that I am doing, I plan on starting a full frontal attack of my candida overgrowth.

Your answers have been most welcome. I've read many of the posts on this forum over the past month or so and I'm currently working through a book called "The Yeast Syndrome". Although I must say it is rather dull, and I'm having a hard time focusing on it.
