Hi. Would you (or anyone) happen to have any idea what causes the soles of my feet to itch so bad I can't hardly sleep or put shoes on? It's really awful!! I scratch them on everything!! The concrete steps are wonderful to just push down & rub my feet on the edge. I haven't scratched them bloody raw yet, but I'm afraid I might pretty soon. They also itch from the soles up about 4 inches on the inside/instep area. It's driving me NUTS!!

Could it be diet? Lack of something in my diet? Allergy?
