Wheat grass is a bit over-rated. Much of the "cleansing" is actually the immune system reacting to the phytotoxins in the grass. It's actually better after a bit of processing. I recommend liquid chlorophyll because there are no phytotoxins.
Stick to carrot salad. :)
Gallstones and liver stones are probably #1 in undiagnosed issues with thyroiditis being #2. So many people are taking Nexium or Tums when really they should be helping their gallbladder. Sigh. Upper arm/shoulder pain is a dead giveaway. STrange that doctors don't figure that out. I guess they have to go thru it themselves before they'll understand it.
The liquid vitamins should be okay, just take minimal doses - like every-other day rather than daily. Until your liver is fully functioning it won't be able to deal with a lot at once, and that will create lots of work for the kidneys.
