Thank you so much! Diet is the most confusing thing for me right now since there is so much contradictory information. Lately I've been eating mostly basmati rice with lentils cooked long time in broth because I could digest it easily but it looks like it's not good for the worms. I guess, also oatmeal for breakfast is not good. I tried millet few times but always got a very strong reaction to it. Maybe it's beacause my worm(s) hate(s) it.
I did try to follow Jordan Rubin's diet for some time after I got sick (it's very much like Anti- parasite & Anti-Candida diet) but actually, I got worse from it. That was at least two months ago though, when my liver was completely congested, maybe now it's time to try it again.
I am definitely going to focus on foods rich in CoQ10.
