I thought that heavy cream had some enzymes in it, but I couldn't find anything definitive on that. I did see ice cream mentioned in one of the Liver Flushes mentioned here on curezone (see link below) It seems like people adjust/change various things with their flushes and many times they turn out well. Bodes well for ice cream lovers!
