How frequently is frequently?? I LOVE lecithin and lately have been having one tablespoon in the morning and one or two mid-afternoon. Once I was craving sweets in the evening and ate two tablespoons mixed with cinnamon - yum! But I've been concerned about the amount I would like to take and have been holding back. I, too, have liver and estrogen issues.
