Hiya Suzy! I'm so glad the oils are working for you. :)
Oils help the body absorb minerals, so if you plan on eating a meal rich in minerals (salads, liver, nuts, potatoes etc.) that isn't already very rich, then consider taking your cod liver and such with those meals so they can do double-duty and maximize their potential. I tend to take the cod liver oil all by its lonesome followed by a glass of milk and that's my breakfast on busy days. :) but flax oils and all usually get mixed into a vinaigrette dressing or the protein shake. Remember, oils + protein = energy!
but if the oils tend to overwhelm your power of digestion (burpies) take them iwth SMALL meals or alone.
The carrot pulp can be after juicing carrots OR can be freshly grated carrots, either way.
